In light of the recent tragic events, we at The Great Courses feel the need to lend our public and visible support. We acknowledge and stand against all forms of social injustice. We stand in solidarity with our black coworkers, customers, partners, and educators. We strive to be better within our company and our community. We are committed to being part of the solution.
Empathy begins with listening and now is the time to listen and support. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the opportunity for education are fundamental to the American dream. While we continue to strive for diversity in our company, we can all do more to improve the world around us. As a start, The Great Courses is donating to the Equal Justice Initiative to promote education, justice, and equality.
